The revenues stemming from the management of the assets of the Foundation are mainly invested in the financing of the Gaslini Institute.

The Foundation's Board of Directors annually allocates part of its income to strengthen the Institute through research funding, the purchase of innovative equipment, the expansion or structural changes necessary to maintain its excellence in the field of pediatrics.
